What is Remedial Massage?

Remedial massage therapy targets affected muscles, tendons, and ligaments to treat various conditions. The therapist uses palpation to identify pain causes and recommends appropriate remedial treatment. This therapy offers proven health benefits like improving injury recovery and joint mobility, relieving pain, reducing depression, anxiety, and stress through relaxation, easing muscle tension, and enhancing circulation.
